If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time.

  • Apple TV

  • Android TV

  • Roku

  • Fire TV

Computers:

  • PC

  • Mac

Mobile & tablets:

  • iPhone & iPad

  • Android mobile & tablets

To stream content on a computer, please use one of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Safari, Edge or Mozilla Firefox. Always keep your browser updated in order to have a seamless viewing experience and to get access to all the latest features on Alendis.

In all the supported browsers we broadcast our events events in 50 FPS (frames per second). The higher frame rate helps us capture the fast-paced live action more accurately, which in turn adds the little extra for an even better experience.

Get started with your SmartTV

To get started with your SmartTV, look for the Alendis app that is found in the app store on your TV. If you can’t find the app in the store make sure that your TV model is listed as one of our supported devices.

You may need to update the software on your TV to the latest in order to find the Alendis application. Depending on which TV you have, this is done in different ways but in most cases you can find updates in the settings.

Once you’ve found the app, log in to start watching. If you do not have a login yet, you can create an account on our website. Once you’ve logged in, you’re ready to start watching!

The stream is freezing/buffering

Buffering issues are most often network related and therefore it is good to ensure that the network works properly. Alendis uses something called Adaptive Streaming, which means that if the internet connection or speed is unstable, the quality of the stream will be adjusted automatically. In the worst case, the stream will start buffering if the connection is temporarily dropped.

First, we would like you to test your current speed at www.speedtest.net. Below you will find our recommended download speed.

  • Min. 5.0 megabits per second – recommended for SD quality

  • Min. 10.0 megabits per second – recommended for HD quality

When it comes to Response Time, under 20 ms is excellent while under 100ms is still good. If the response time is over 100ms, we recommend that you move closer to the router and disconnect any other devices that are not in use. It is also worth connecting your device to the wifi again and even restarting the router if the above does not help. A higher response time can mean that Internet-based services take longer to load and that the material you are trying to watch begins to buffer.
