1.2 Alendis also operates in accordance with our "Alendis Code of Conduct for Customers and Stakeholders". This Code of Conduct represents our company's values and principles, especially with regard to interactions with riders, competition management, and other stakeholders. We encourage all users to understand and respect the spirit of these principles in all interactions related to our services.

2. Subscription

2.1 Monthly and Yearly Subscription: We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans for accessing our services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the applicable fees as outlined in the pricing section of our website.

2.2 Cancellation: You are responsible for canceling your subscription if you no longer wish to use our services. Failure to cancel your subscription before the renewal date will result in automatic renewal, and you will be charged accordingly.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation: In order to access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach of your account.

4. Use of Services

4.1 Permitted Use: You may use our services for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the restrictions outlined in this Agreement.

5. Ownership of Content and Restrictions

5.1 Ownership: All content provided through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Alendis or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. By accessing our services, you acknowledge and agree that all ownership rights to the content belong to Alendis or its licensors.

5.2 Usage Restrictions: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content provided through our services solely for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not sell, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works of the content without obtaining prior written permission from Alendis.

5.3 Third-Party Usage: You are strictly prohibited from using the content for any third-party purposes, including selling, sub-licensing, or distributing the content without the express written consent of Alendis. Any unauthorised use of the content may result in legal action.

5.4 Streaming for Others: Alendis reserves the right to offer streaming services to third parties and charge for paid-per-view access to content, subject to separate agreements with those parties.

6. Screen Recording

6.1 Legality: You acknowledge and understand that screen recording, under certain circumstances, may be subject to legal restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding screen recording in your jurisdiction.

6.2 Permissible Use: While using our services, you may engage in screen recording for personal use or for internal business purposes, provided that such recording does not violate any applicable laws or infringe upon the rights of any third party.

6.3 Prohibited Activities: You are expressly prohibited from using screen recording to capture, reproduce, or distribute content that is protected by intellectual property laws unless you have obtained the necessary legal permissions or rights to do so.

6.4 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Alendis harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your unauthorised screen recording activities or any violation of applicable laws.
